摘　　要：高校干部的素质和管理水平直接关系到高校的管理风格和发展方向,对于高校发展有着举足轻重的作用。当前我国社会主义建设进入新时代,国际局势风云变幻,高校为提高管理水平和排名,根据时代要求,逐渐加强了对高校干部的教育培训。在此过程中,高校干部教育培训存在着与时代发展缺乏同步性以及教育培训方法滞后等诸多问题,文中将结合高校干部教育培训的实践对其教育模式进行创新,推动高校管理水平的提升。The quality and management level of cadres in universities,have a great influence on the universities’ management style and development direction,they play an important role in the development of universities.At present,the socialist construction in China has entered a new era.The international situation has changed quickly.In order to improve the level of management and ranking,universities have gradually strengthened the education and training of university cadres.In this process,there are many problems in the education and training of university cadres,such as the lack of synchronism with the development of the times and the lag of education and training methods.This paper will combine the practice of University Cadre Education and Training,to search innovation educational model,and then promote the development of the management level of universities.
