摘 要:随着现代科学的不断进步,地方工科院校也在不断的产生新的学科分支和专业方向,丰富着教育教学体系。地方工科院校应用物理学专业培养的学生主要是把所学的高新技术知识转化为生产力的应用型人才。本文结合当前地方工科院校应用物理学专业面临的实际问题,尝试性地提出以"就业窗口"为引导、以综合性培养为目标的分类式人才培养模式。With the continuous progress of modern science,local engineering colleges and universities are constantly producing new branches of discipline and professional direction,which enriches the educational and teaching system.The students of applied physics major in local engineering colleges are mainly applied talents who use the knowledge of high and new technology to transform into productive forces.Combined with the practical problems faced by the applied physics major in local engineering colleges,this paper tries to put forward a classified talent training model with "employment window" as the guide and comprehensive training as the goal.
