摘  要:八年制医学生实行本科生导师制是学生适应高等教育、个性化发展、发挥八年制优势的需要,也是提高教师自身素质、八年制医学教育与国际接轨的需要。在其实施过程中,可能存在双向选择具有盲目性和主观性、学生时间冲突、实施缺乏系统性、对该制度认识不足等问题。针对此类问题提出如下建议:多次举办交流活动,合作制定学习方案,建立实施相关制度,加强导师制宣传力度。The implementation of undergraduate tutor system for eight-year medical students is the need for students to adapt to higher education,develop individually and give full play to the advantages of the eight-year system.It is also the need to improve the quality of the teachers and make the eight-year medical education in line with international practice.In the course of its implementation,it may appear that the bi-directional choice owes blindness and subjectivity,students have time conflict,the system lacks systematization and people are unable to know it very well.In response to these issues the following suggestion are proposed:to organize regular communication,to cooperate in making learning plan,to establish and imple correlative system,and to strengthen the publicity of the tutor system.
