摘　　要：要想从根本上帮助贫困生,资助模式必须从"输血型"转化成"造血型"。当前贫困生的就业状况不容乐观,而"现代学徒制"是当前推进大学生就业的重要措施,本文以扬州市职业大学资源与环境工程学院现代学徒制试点工作为载体,探索积极建立发展性资助模式,对如何提升贫困生就业能力展开研究,从而解决就业难的问题。In order to fundamentally help poor students,the funding model must be transformed from a"transfusion type"to a"hematopoietic type".The employment situation of the current poor students is not optimistic,and the"modern apprenticeship system"is an important measure to promote the employment of college students.This paper takes the pilot project of modern apprenticeship system of the College of Resources and Environmental Engineering of Yangzhou Polytechnic College as the carrier.Explore the active establishment of a developmental funding model and conduct research on how to improve the employability of poor students.Thereby solving the problem of employment difficulties.
