摘　　要：为研究水基胶中的甲醇残留量,采用静态顶空进样结合气质联用仪对8个样品中甲醇的残留量进行了定性定量分析。静态顶空条件为在75℃下平衡17 min,利用标准品定性,外标法定量。结果表明,(1)在标准溶液浓度范围内,甲醇的线性均较好,相关系数为0.999 7;(2)方法的加标回收率在85%～111%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5.00%;(3)水基胶样品中的甲醇残留量在62.57～1 236.27 mg/kg。To study the levels of methanol in water-based emulsion adhesives,8 samples were analyzed by static headspace(HS)combined with GC-MS.The samples were dissolved in headspace vials and kept warm at 75℃for 17 min.NIST database and standards plus internal standards were used for qualitatively and quantitatively analyses,respectively.The results showed that:①The linear range of quantitatively analysis for methanol was satisfactory with the R values all above 0.999 7.②The recovery was in the range of 85%~111%,and the RSD values was below 5.00%.③The residues of methanol in water-based emulsion adhesives was in the range of 62.57~1237.27 mg/kg.
