摘  要:"食品分析与检测技术"是食品检测及管理专业的核心课程,更是该专业学生取得食品检验工证书的必修课。该课程经过三届学生的教学运行,又逢学院实验室建设逐渐完成,结合对用人单位调研结果和毕业生反馈信息等对该课程的教学模式进行改革,提出了"课证一体"突出实训教学内容的教学新模式。首先,分析了教学改革的必要性;其次,阐述了"课证一体"教学模式的概念及该模式下教学内容的选取;最后,提出了新模式下该课程的考核方式。Food Analysis and Detection Technology is the core course of the major in food testing and management,and it is also the compulsory course for the students to obtain food inspector certificate.After three years of students'teaching operation and the gradual completion of the laboratory construction in college,the teaching mode of the course was reformed in combination with the findings of the employers and the feedback information from the graduates.A new teaching mode of“class-certificate integration”was put forward.First analyzed the necessity of teaching reform,and then expounded the concept of“class-certificate integration”teaching mode and the selection of teaching content under this mode.Finally,it put forward the evaluation methods of the course under the new mode.
