盐酸米诺环素软膏联合一次性根管填充治疗牙体牙髓病的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸米诺环素软膏联合一次性根管填充治疗牙体牙髓病的效果。方法将120例牙体牙髓病患者(164颗患牙)随机分为对照组(81颗患牙)和研究组(83颗患牙),各60例。对照组应用一次性根管填充治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、后的疼痛情况、治疗效果及治疗后1个月内并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分均显著降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸米诺环素软膏联合一次性根管填充治疗牙体牙髓病不仅可更好地缓解疼痛、提高治疗效果,而且可降低并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of minocycline hydrochloride ointment combined with disposable root canal filling in the treatment of dental pulp disease. Methods A total of 120 patients(164 teeth) with dental pulp disease were randomly divided into control group(81 teeth) and study group(83 teeth), with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with disposable root canal filling, while the study group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride ointment on the basis of the control group. The pain before and after treatment, treatment effects and complications within 1 month after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the VAS scores of both groups decreased significantly, and that in the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The minocycline hydrochloride ointment combined with disposable root canal filling in the treatment of dental pulp disease can not only better relieve pain and improve the treatment effect, but also decrease the incidence of complications.
