劳动教育在加强民办高校大学生思想政治工作中的运用

摘　　要：当前,民办高校大学生劳动生活现状堪忧,具体表现在:家庭劳动教育软化,有些大学生不会劳动;学校劳动教育弱化,有些大学生不愿劳动;社会劳动教育淡化,有些大学生不爱劳动。造成民办高校大学生劳动生活问题的原因可归纳为以下几点:第一,劳动教育被弱化,未发挥其思想教育的作用;第二,劳动教育被忽视,学生劳动荣誉感欠缺;第三,民办高校师资不稳定,劳动教育效果不明显。基于以上问题及原因,劳动教育在加强民办高校大学生思想政治工作中的运用对策为:提高学生对劳动教育的认识;增强学生的新时代劳动观念;正确把握劳动教育的主要内容和发展方向。At present,the current situation of work and life for private college students is worrying,which is manifested in:the softening of family labor education--some college students will not work;the weakening of school labor education--some college students are unwilling to work;the weakening of social labor education--some college students do not love labor.The causes of these problems can be summarized as follows:firstly,labor education has been weakened to only play its role in Ideological education;secondly,labor education has been neglected and students lack sense of labor honor;thirdly,teachers in private colleges and universities are unstable and the effect of labor education is not obvious.Based on the above problems and reasons,the application countermeasures of labor education in strengthening the ideological and political work of college students in private colleges and universities are as follows:to improve the students’understanding of labor education;to enhance the students’labor concept in the new era;to correctly grasp the main content and development direction of labor education.
