大党建格局下高校党支部组织生活规范与创新的思路研究

摘　　要：党的"十九大"报告提出新时代高等教育进入内涵式发展新阶段,基层党建工作要适应教育事业新的发展要求。明确高校"大党建"格局与党支部党建工作的辨证关系,提出进行广义的党支部规范化建设,从内涵、形式表达与内容表达方面促进党支部组织生活创新。The party's"Nineteenth National Congress"report puts forward that the new era of higher education has entered a new stage of connotative development,and grassroots party building work must adapt to the new development requirements of education.To clarify the dialectical relationship between the pattern of"big party building"in colleges and the Party branch's Party building work,it is proposed to carry out the normalized construction of the Party branch in a broad sense,so as to promote the innovation of the Party branch's organizational life from the aspects of connotation,form and content expression.
