摘  要:引起方向盘抖动的原因很多,文章重点研究了某车型在平滑路面高速行驶时方向盘的抖动问题。首先分析了路面向方向盘的传递路径,建立了包含转向齿条、转向管柱以及方向盘的转向子系统模型和整车动力学模型;然后根据传递路径分析出了影响方向盘高速抖动的关键因素,并通过优化关键因素,降低了方向盘的抖动,为汽车转向系统的设计研发提供了思路,大大缩短了整车的开发周期。There are many reasons for the steering wheel shaking.The steering wheel shake problem of the vehicle driving on smooth road at high speed is focused in this paper.Firstly,the path from road surface to steering wheel is analyzed,and the steering subsystem model and vehicle dynamics model including steering rack,steering column and steering wheel are established.Then the key factors affecting high-speed steering wheel shake are analyzed according to the transfer path,and the steering wheel shake is reduced by optimizing the key factors.The results provide a train of thought for the research and design of vehicle steering system,and greatly shorten the development cycle of the whole vehicle.
