摘　　要：数据控制模型作为批量数据的重要参考,为汽车零件的圆角、缝隙、面差提供重要的实物参考依据。文章从零件的设计、加工、测量坐标及油漆方面入手,研究各个环节对于模型质量的影响,并提出可借鉴的措施,对提高数据控制模型质量做了初步的探索。With the improvement of life quality,the requirement for automobile quality is also improved.Data control model,as an important reference for batch data,provides important physical reference for the fillet,gap and surface difference of automobile parts.This paper starts with the design,processing,measuring coordinates and paint of the parts,the influence of each link on the quality of the model is studied,and some useful measures to improve the quality of the data control model are put forward.
