摘 要:参考国外某杆式天平弧形断开槽结构,针对某大型运输机专用天平,进行改进设计和对比,分析了两种结构天平的性能差异。结果表明,采用弧形槽实现天平上下框体断开,能有效改善杆式天平强度、刚度和组合测量元件应变分布等性能。同时,展望了弧形断开槽结构天平的风洞试验应用前景。文中的分析方法和结论对大纵向载荷类型风洞测力试验天平的研制具有一定的借鉴意义。This paper refers to the curved groove structure of a foreign strain gauge balance to improve the design and comparison of the balance of a large transport aircraft.The performance differences between the two structural balances are analyzed.The results show that the use of curved groove to achieve the upper and lower frame of the balance can effectively improve the strength and stiffness of the strain gauge balance and the strain distribution of the combined measuring components.The application prospect of the wind tunnel test using strain gauge balance with the curved groove structure is prospected.The analysis methods and conclusions have certain reference significance for the development of large longitudinal load type wind tunnel force test balance.
