摘　　要：目的调查了解湖北省城镇居民养老现状及其对社区居家养老护理服务认知与需求,并提出解决对策。方法抽取湖北省武汉市、黄冈市、荆门市、宜昌市和恩施市五个地区60岁以上共917例进行有效问卷调查,分析调查对象一般资料、社会保障、健康状况及其对社区居家养老护理服务认知与需求状况。结果 27.2%表示自己所生活的社区没有为老年人提供照护服务,21.7%表示自己对所在社区目前为老年人提供的照护服务不满意,34.2%的老年人经常生病或患有重大疾病,66.0%的老年人会考虑接受经政府批准的私营社区居家老年护理服务机构提供的有偿服务。结论应进一步加大专业社区居家养老护理服务的建设与宣传,加强老年护理服务人员的培养,并加速长期护理保险服务的推广,让更多的老年人实现健康老龄化。Objective To investigate and understand the status quo of the elderly care of urban residents in Hubei Province and their awareness and needs for community home endowment nursing services,and to put forward countermeasures. Methods 917 people over 60 years old in five districts of Wuhan,Huanggang,Jingmen,Yichang and Enshi City of Hubei Province were selected to conduct an effective questionnaire survey.The general data,social security and health status of the respondents,as well as their awareness and demand for community home endowment nursing services for the aged were analyzed. Results 27.2% of the elderly said that their community did not provide care services for the elderly,21.7% said they were not satisfied with the care services currently provided for the elderly in their community,34.2% of the elderly often fell ill or suffered from major diseases,and 66.0% of the elderly would consider receiving paid services provided by private community home endowment nursing agencies approved by the government. Conclusion We should further strengthen the construction and propaganda of community home endowment nursing services,strengthen the training of elderly nursing staff,and accelerate the promotion of long-term care insurance services,so as to enable more elderly people to achieve healthy aging.
