川芎嗪联合顺铂对老年肺癌患者SDF-1、Livin与MMPs表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨川芎嗪联合顺铂对老年肺癌患者SDF-1、Livin与MMPs表达的影响。方法选择2016年1月至2017年6月诊治的老年肺癌患者106例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组53例。观察组给予川芎嗪联合顺铂治疗,对照组予顺铂治疗,治疗14 d后观察2组患者的疗效、SDF-1、Livin与MMPs表达水平以及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为75.5%显著高于对照组的52.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前2组患者的SDF-1、Livin与MMPs表达水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组患者的SDF-1表达水平升高,且观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者的MMP-2、MMP-9、Livinα、Livinβ表达水平降低,且观察组下降较对照组显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总不良反应发生率为20.8%显著少于对照组的54.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论川芎嗪联合顺铂对老年肺癌患者的治疗效果较好,能够有效抑制肿瘤生长,可提高SDF-1表达,降低Livin与MMPs表达,进而提高肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性,抑制肿瘤的侵袭转移,可在临床上广泛治疗。Objective To investigate the effect of Ligustrazine combined with cisplatin on the expressions of SDF 1,Livin and MMPs in elderly patients with lung cancer.Methods A total of 106 elderly patients with lung cancer who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were enrolled in the study.According to random digital table,these patients were divided into observation group(n=53)and control group(n=53).The patients in observation group were treated by Ligustrazine combined with cisplatin,however,the patients in control group were treated by cisplatin only.After 14-day treatment,the curative effects,expression levels of SDF 1,Livin and MMPs and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 75.5%(40 cases),which was significantly higher than that(52,8%)in control group(P<0.05).Before treatment there were no significant differences in the expression levels of SDF 1,Livin and MMPs between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the SDF 1 expression levels in both groups were significantly increased,moreover,the SDF 1 expression levels in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the expression levels of MMP 2,MMP 9,Livinαand Livinβwere significantly decreased in both groups,moreover,the decrease extent in observation group was more significant than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ligustrazine combined with cisplatin in treatment of lung cancer in elderly patients can obtain better therapeutic effect,which can effectively inhibit the growth of tumor,enhance the expression of SDF 1,reduce the expressions of Livin and MMPs,so as to improve the chemosensitivity of tumor cells,inhibit the invasion and metastasis of tumor,thus,it is worth using widely in clinical practice.
