摘  要:文章旨在报道一株极具益生菌开发潜力的枯草芽孢杆菌B6,通过实验确定了该菌株高产功能性果聚糖的最佳碳源为蔗糖,果聚糖作为B.subtilis B6的主要功能性代谢产物,其胞外产量在100 g/l以上,经实验验证,该菌株产生的果聚糖具有很强的抗氧化作用,10 mg/ml果聚糖的DPPH自由基清除率和ABTS自由基清除率分别为80%和71%以上,铁还原能力达到43.26 mmol/g FeSO4当量。B.subtilis B6显示了活菌数高,菌种性能强,生产成本低等优良的应用特性。哺乳期母猪的饲喂效果显示B.subtilis B6液体菌剂可使仔猪平均窝重提高28.8%,平均断奶窝重提高18%,显著提高母猪及仔猪免疫力。综上,菌株B.subtilis B6作为特效益生菌在饲料添加剂领域将具有很大的开发潜能和市场价值。The purpose of this paper is to report a potential probiotics strain Bacillus subtilis B6. The best carbon source was determined to be sucrose for the high production of fructan. As the main functional metabolites ofB.subtilis B6, the extracellular output of fructan was above 100 g/l. TheB.subtilis B6 fructan has strong antioxidant activity which showed DPPH free radical clearance rate and ABTS radical clearance above 80% and 71%, respectively, and iron oxide reduction ability was 43.26 mmol/g FeSO4 equivalent at the fructan concentration of 10 mg/ml.B.subtilis B6 showed higher viable count, stronger strains performance and lower production cost. The feeding effect of sows during lactation showed that B.subtilis B6 could increase average litter weight of piglets by 28.8%, improve average weaning weight by 18%, and significantly enhancing the immunity of sows and piglets. In conclusion, strain B.subtilis B6, as a special probiotics, will have great potential and market value in the field of feed additives.
