摘 要:目的:探讨经肾动脉回输法治疗犬顽固性腹水可行性及安全性。方法:用40%CCI_4联合苯巴比妥和酒精的方法建立犬肝硬化腹水动物模型,采用股动脉穿刺插管至肾动脉,经肾动脉缓慢回输自体腹水,观察犬体重、腹围、尿量及肝肾功能变化。结果:成功建立肝硬化腹水犬6条,其中完成经肾动脉回输法治疗肝硬化腹水犬5条,1条犬实施治疗前因麻醉过深死亡,实施治疗的5条犬无严重并发症发生,经治疗后1周犬精神、睡眠、饮食改善,尿量增加,体重、腹围较术前减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),肝肾功无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:经肾动脉回输法治疗犬肝硬化腹水可使肾循环血量增加,排尿增多,腹胀缓解。Objective To investigate the feasibility and safety of reinfusion via renal artery in the treatment of refractory ascites in dogs. Method 40% CCI4 combined with phenobarbital and alcohol was used to establish an animal model of cirrhotic asci-tes in dogs. Femoral artery puncture was used to intubate to renal artery, with which autologous ascites was slowly reinfusion through renal artery- Changes of body weight, abdominal circumference, urine volume and liver and kidney function were observed. Results Six cirrhotic ascites dogs were successfully established , of which 5 dogs completed the treatment of cirrhotic as-cites by renal artery reinfusion , one dog died of anesthesia too deep before the treatment. The 5 dogs did not suffer from serious complications. One week after the treatment , the spirit , sleep and diet of dogs improved , urine volume increased , and body weight and abdominal circumference decreased (P < 0. 05), but liver and kidney function did not change significantly (P > 0. 05 ). Conclusion Treatment of cirrhotic ascites by renal artery reinfusion can increase renal circulation blood volume , increase urination and relieve abdominal distension.
