血清CEA联合CA199在结直肠癌诊断及预后检测中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探究与分析血清CEA联合CA199在结直肠癌诊断及预后检测中的价值。方法:选取2010年1月～2017年12月期间收治的60例结直肠癌患者为观察组,同时期的60例体检健康者为对照组。比较两组的血清CEA、CA199及联合检测阳性率,同时比较观察组中不同分期与分化程度患者的阳性率,并比较特异性及敏感性。结果:观察组血清CEA、CA199及联合检测阳性率高于对照组,观察组中不同分期与分化程度患者的阳性率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),联合检测的特异性及敏感性均高于单项血清CEA、CA199,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清CEA联合CA199在结直肠癌诊断及预后检测中的价值较高。Objective To investigate and analyze the value of serum CEA combined with CA199 in the diagnosis and prognosis detection of patients with colorectal cancer.Method 60 patients with colorectal cancer during the time of January 2010 to December 2017 were selected as the observation group,60 healthy persons at the same time were selected as the control group.Then the serum CEA,CA199 and combination detection positive rates of two groups were compared,then the positive rates of observation group with different stages and differentiation degree were compared,and the specificity and sensitivity were compared.Results The serum CEA,CA199 and combination detection positive rates of observation group were higher than those of control group,the positive rates of observation group with different stages and differentiation degree were compared,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05),and the specificity and sensitivity of combination detection were higher than those of single serum CEA or CA199,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The value of serum CEA combined with CA199 in the diagnosis and prognosis detection of patients with colorectal cancer are higher.
