摘　　要：对于组织而言,组织成员的士气是很重要的方面,领导者需要知道组织成员的士气高低,以便更好地管理。本文通过研读国内外相关文献,综合德尔菲法专家意见,构建了组织士气管理的测评指标体系,根据德尔菲专家的打分,基于ANP计算出各指标的相应权重,建立了具备综合性、实用性和可复制性的士气测评指数模型。The morale of organization members is quite important for the organization. The leader needs to know the morale of organizational members so as to better manage it. By reading the relevant literature and associating experts' opinion of Delphi method, the evaluation index system of morale management of the organization is established. According to Delphi experts' score, the weight of each index is calculated and the comprehensive, practical and reproducible morale evaluation index model is established based on ANP.
