摘  要:【目的】明确大花紫薇及小叶紫薇的花香气化学成分。【方法】应用动态顶空吸附法收集大花紫薇(Lagerstroemia speciosa)及小叶紫薇(Lagerstroemia indica)花气味,结合应用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)技术分离鉴定二者化学成分,采用离子流峰面积归一化法计算花气味中各挥发物组分的成分。【结果】大花紫薇及小叶紫薇花香分析分别鉴定出28种及39种物质。比较发现16种相同化合物,二者花气味共分析鉴定出47种化合物,其中烷类化合物(32%)、苯环类芳香族化合物(26%)及单萜和倍半萜类化合物(23%)为二者主要成分,占总成分的81%,二者含量最高的物质分别为10-甲基十九烷(64.9%),β-蒎烯(21.6%)。【结论】该文为进一步探究大花紫薇和小叶紫薇及它们与传粉昆虫之间互利共生关系的化学生态学方面的研究提供理论基础。【Objective】The present paper aimed to find out the chemical composition of the floral scent of Lagerstroemia grandiflora and Lagerstroemia crassifolia.【Method】The dynamic headspace adsorption technique was employed to collect the floral scent emitted by Lagerstroemia speciose and Lagerstroemia indica,using the gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry(GC-MS)for the detection and identification of volatile chemical components in Lagerstroemia speciose and Lagerstroemia indica,and the peak area normalization was used to determine the relative contents of each odour component.【Result】28 species in Lagerstroemia speciose and 39 species in Lagerstroemia indica were found.After comparison,16 kinds of identical compounds were found,both of the flowers were found total 47 compounds,of which,Alkane Compounds(32%),benzene ring aromatic compounds(26%),monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes(23%)were the main components of two flowers,accounting for 81%of the total components,and the highest contents of the two flowers were 10-methylnonadecane(64.9%)andβ-pinene(21.6%).【Conclusion】The study provided the basic data for further investigations of the symbiotic relationships between Lagerstroemia speciose and Lagerstroemia indica and its pollinating insects.
