摘　　要：目的:探讨大剂量化疗联合自体移植治疗复发髓母细胞瘤的疗效。方法:报告1例大剂量化疗联合自体移植成功治疗复发髓母细胞瘤的经验,并结合文献复习进行分析。结果:患者使用大剂量化疗联合自体移植,术后35个月,疾病无进展、无复发。结论:大剂量化疗联合自体造血干细胞移植治疗复发髓母细胞瘤疗效优于常规化疗,值得进一步临床应用和推广。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation combined with high-dose chemotherapy on relapsed medulloblastoma.Methods:A case of relapsed medulloblastoma treated with autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation combined with high-dose chemotherapy was reported,and the related literatures are reviewed.Results:The patient treated by autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation combined with high-dose chemotherapy was safe,progression-free survival of the disease lasted for 35 months.Conclusion:Efficacy of autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation combined with high-dose chemotherapy on relapsed medulloblastoma was the best choice and consistent with the literature.
