摘 要:培训者核心素养能力水平的高低关乎中小学教师培训的质量。以核心素养为价值导向,从专业精神、专业知识、培训技能、教学技能、科研能力和信息素养六个方面,对河南省首届县级进修学校骨干培训者的核心素养能力进行了调查,提出重塑培训者"学科专家+教师培训者"的身份、聚焦现实问题解决的"研—训—用"研修培训模式、形成骨干培训者研修知识建构圈、借力信息技术实现"互联网+教师教育"、升级为以标准指导下的专业发展形式五点建议和对策。The level of the trainee’s core quality and ability is related to the quality of primary and secondary school teacher training.Taking the core quality as the value orientation,from six aspects of professional spirit,professional knowledge,training skills,teaching skills,scientific research ability and information literacy,this paper investigates the core quality of core trainees of the first county-level teacher’s training school in Henan,and puts forward five suggestions and countermeasure,such as reshaping the identity of “subject expert + teacher Trainee” of the trainees,focusing on the training mode of Researching-Training-Using for problem solving,forming the circle of training knowledge construction for core trainees,realizing the mode of “Internet + Teacher Education” by information technology,upgrading the professional development forms under the guidance of standards and so on.
