摘  要:当前,我国经济发展进入"新常态",高端技能型人才培养存在就业缺口较大、职业教育体系不够健全等诸多问题,亟需建立以工匠精神为目标的学生培养机制,强化工匠精神培育,优化实现现代学徒制,做好培养和就业工作;优化高职院校办学管理,加强职业教育治理,加强职业教育集团化办学建设,健全职业教育法律法规制度;适应时代需要健全师资队伍和评价体系,适应"互联网+"时代,建设"双师型"教师队伍,完善高职院校教学评价体系。在复杂多变的产业环境与就业市场中实现科学发展,推进高职教育适应"新常态",为"大众创业,万众创新"提供强有力的人才资源保障。As far as the current situation of social development in China is concerned,the employment market of middle and low-end skilled talents has become saturated,while the employment gap of high-end skilled talents is still large.At the same time,the existing vocational education system also has some shortcomings more or less.It is urgent to establish a student training mechanism aiming at the spirit of craftsmen,strengthen the cultivation of the spirit of craftsmen,optimize the realization of apprenticeship,and do a good job in training and employment,optimize the management of running schools in higher vocational colleges,strengthen the governance of vocational education,and strengthen the collectivization of vocational education.In order to meet the needs of the times,we should improve the teaching staff and evaluation system,adapt to the"Internet+"era,build a"double quality"teacher team,and improve the teaching evaluation system in higher vocational colleges.To achieve scientific development in the complex and changing industrial environment and employment market,promote higher vocational education to adapt to the"new normal"and provide a strong guarantee for talent human resources for"mass entrepreneurship and innovation".
