摘 要:肥胖症是很多疾病的危险因素,对社会造成严重的经济负担。既往对肥胖症的研究主要集中于相关并发症的预防,对肥胖本身的预防重视不足。近年来,随着宏基因组学的发展,人们逐渐认识到膳食纤维、肠道菌群与肥胖之间的关联性,尤其是因果关系及其产生的分子机制和基因水平的变化。随着人们生活水平的提高,膳食结构和肠道菌群的改变以及更多膳食结构的选择使膳食纤维和肠道菌群对预防肥胖的作用备受关注。Obesity is a risk factor for many diseases,which causes serious economic burden to society.Previous studies on obesity mainly focused on the prevention of related complications,while insufficient attention was paid to the prevention of obesity itself.In recent years,with the development of macrogenomics,people have gradually realized the relationship between dietary fiber,intestinal flora and obesity,especially the causal relationship,its molecular mechanism and gene level changes.With the improvement of living standards,the changes of dietary structure and intestinal flora,and more choices of dietary structures,the role of dietary fiber and intestinal flora in preventing obesity has attracted much attention.
