摘　　要：创新创业教育是高等教育改革的重要突破口,培养学生的创新创业能力是高等教育的内在要求。为顺应时代发展,我校在动物科学专业开展了《动物科学创业设计》课程的教学,通过创业基本知识的讲授和创业实践活动的锻炼,培养学生的创新创业能力。经过两年的教学实践,课程组通过对该课程实践内容的合理设计和精心安排,包括创业团队的组建、创业风险及其规避、创业计划书的编制、企业开办与管理等,并且不断优化课程内容,通过教学实践探索出了相对完善的授课体系,包括导师制配合,借助实践基地和平台,科研项目支撑,创业孵化园的利用,为动物科学专业学生创新精神和创造思维的培养提供了经验。Innovative entrepreneurship education is an important breakthrough for the reform of higher education. It is the inherent requirement for higher education to cultivate students' ability of innovation and entrepreneurship. In order to comply with the development of the times, our university has carried out the teaching of Animal Science and Entrepreneurship Design in the field of animal science. Through the teaching of basic knowledge of entrepreneurship and the training of entrepreneurial practice activities, we cultivate students' ability of innovation and entrepreneurship. After two years of teaching practice, the course team has rationally designed and elaborated the practical content of the course, including the formation of the entrepreneurial team, the risk of entrepreneurship and its avoidance, the preparation of the business plan, the start-up and management of the enterprise, and continuous optimization. The content of the course explores a relatively perfect teaching system through teaching practice, including the cooperation of the tutor system, the help of the practice base and platform, the support of scientific research projects, and the utilization of the entrepreneurial incubator, it provides experience of the cultivation of innovative spirit and creative thinking for animal science students.
