摘　　要：目的对年轻妇女早期子宫内膜癌保守治疗效果进行分析和研究。方法对我院2010年7月—2012年7月收治的33例年轻妇女早期子宫内膜癌保守治疗患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有的患者均使用醋酸甲羟孕酮进行治疗。结果所有患者在采用醋酸甲羟孕酮平均治疗(5.35±0.49)个月后,其中,有20例患者得到完全缓解,有4例患者部分缓解,另有9例患者无反应,临床治疗有效率为72.73%(24例);在完全缓解的患者中,有7例妊娠成功,妊娠成功率为35.00%;有3例复发,复发率为15.00%;有10例患者最终进行了子宫切除术。所有患者临床治疗期间,仅有3例患者空腹血糖升高,1例患者体质量增加,未见其他不良反应。结论通过孕激素针对患有早期子宫内膜癌的年轻妇女进行保守治疗具有很好的治疗效果,而且具有很高的安全性,有效地提升了患者的妊娠成功率。Objective To analyze and study the conservative treatment of early endometrial cancer in young women. Methods The clinical data of 33 young women with early endometrial cancer treated conservatively in our hospital from July 2010 to July 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were treated with medroxyprogesterone acetate. Results All patients were treated with medroxyprogesterone acetate for an average of (5.35±0.49) months. Among them, 20 patients had complete remission, 4 patients had partial remission, and 9 patients had no response. The effective rate of clinical treatment was 72.73%(24 cases). Among the patients with complete remission, 7 cases had successful pregnancy, the success rate of pregnancy was 35.00%, 3 cases had recurrence, the recurrence rate was 15.00%, and 10 cases had finally undergone hysterectomy. During the period of clinical treatment, only 3 patients had elevated fasting blood sugar and 1 patient had increased body mass without any other adverse reactions. Conclusion Conservative treatment with progesterone for young women with early endometrial cancer has a good therapeutic effect, and has a high safety, which effectively improves the pregnancy success rate of patients.
