摘　　要：既有企业跨行业创新研究对企业跨行业创新的发起、过程与结果做了多视角的考察与分析,但缺乏系统性的回顾与归纳。本文将企业跨行业创新的研究分为为什么要跨行业创新、如何进行跨行业创新、企业能否从跨行业创新中受益三个方面进行梳理,并提出了今后企业跨行业创新研究要丰富研究视角、转换研究逻辑、增加研究层次、推进本土理论构建等研究方向,希望为后续研究提供启示。There are investigations and analyses,from multiple perspectives,on the initiation,processes and results of enterprises'cross-industry innovation.But we lack systematic review and induction.This article is to sort out the researches from three aspects:why we conduct the cross-industry innovation;how to do so;whether the enterprises can return.We hold that in the future,the research on enterprises'cross-industry innovation should enrich the research perspective and transform the research logic,increase the research level and promote the construction of indigenous theory,as well as provide enlightenment for the follow-up research.
