未治疗骨性Ⅲ类错(牙合)下颌骨生长发育特点的部分纵向研究

摘　　要：目的观察分析未治疗的骨性Ⅲ类错(牙合)畸形患者生长发育高峰期前后的下颌骨生长发育特点。方法收集12例未治疗骨性Ⅲ类错(牙合)患者生长发育高峰期前后的头颅侧位片资料,使用Winceph8.0头影测量软件进行定点分析。结果在生长发育高峰期前后,男性骨性Ⅲ类错(牙合)患者,∠ANB显著减小,下颌骨体长度(Go-Pg)、下颌升支高度(Go-Co)显著增大和下面高(ANS-Me)增长显著。女性下颌升支高度(Go-Co)显著增高。男女性高峰期前后各项结果对比无明显差异。结论骨性Ⅲ类错(牙合)患者在生长发育高峰期前后,下颌骨生长显著,且呈前上旋转生长趋势,加重Ⅲ类错(牙合)畸形。Objective To observe the characteristics of mandibular growth in untreated Class III malocclusion during the peak of growth and development.Method A total of 12 subjects with untreated Class Ⅲ malocclusion were included. The cephalograms fore-and-aft the peak of growth and development were measured by Winceph8.0 software.Results In the males the∠ANB,the length of mandibular (Go-Pg),the height of mandibular ramus (Go-Co) and the height of lower face(ANS-Me) increased significantly fore-and-aft the peak of growth and development.In the females the height of mandibular ramus (Go-Co) increased significantly.There was no significant difference in the comparison of male and female fore-and-aft the peak of growth and development.Conclusion The mandibular in Class III maloccusion subjects grew significantly and showed a tendency of anterosuperior rotation fore-and-aft the peak of growth and development.And it aggravated malocclusion.
