大力王藤抗蛇毒及细菌内毒素的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨大力王藤药材抗蛇毒与细菌内毒素的作用。方法采用鲎试剂凝胶法测试大力王藤抗蛇毒及细菌内毒素的效果。结果大力王藤药液浓度为2 g/ml时,有抗眼镜蛇、竹叶青蛇、五步蛇毒和细菌内毒素的凝集作用;药液浓度为1.6 g/ml时,有抗蝰蛇毒的凝集作用;药液浓度为0.8 g/ml时,有抗蝮蛇毒的凝集作用。结论大力王藤有一定的抗蛇毒与细菌内毒素作用。Objective To observe the effect ofDaliwangteng for anti-snake venom and bacterial endotoxin.Methods Using limulus reagent gel method.Results Whenthe Daliwangtengliquid concentration was 2g/ml,it had agglutination resistance to cobra venom,trimeresurus gramineus venom,ancistrodon acutus venom and bacterial endotoxin.Whenthe liquid concentration was 1.6g/ml,it had agglutination resistance to adder viper venom.Whenthe liquid concentration was 0.8g/ml,it had agglutination resistance to pallas pit viper venom.Conclusion Daliwangteng has the effect of anti-snake venom and bacterial endotoxin.
