摘　　要：该文针对现阶段工程训练教学中存在的问题,在课程标准修订、教学内容调整、教学方法及指导教员培训等方面进行了改革尝试,收到了比较好的教学效果。同时,为今后的专业化、实战化教学,以及提高学员的工程实践能力奠定良好的基础。In view of the existing problems in engineering training teaching at the present stage,this paper carries out the tentative reform on the curriculum standard revision,teaching content adjustment,teaching methods and instructors’ training,and achieves better teaching results. At the same time,it lays a good foundation for the future professional and actual-combat teaching and for the improvement of students’ engineering practice ability.
