摘　　要：围绕新时代军队院校实验室担负的新使命、新任务,就实验室建设与运行管理机制、模式和信息化保障等方面开展探讨;剖析了军队院校实验室现状及问题,提出实验室建设与运行管理"中心化、信息化、标准化"的解决对策;探讨了实验中心的职能定位,人才与教学质量保障机制等;围绕实验室中心化、标准化管理运行制度和模式创新,从建立了分级分类管理、总体稳定、动态调整和定期评估的管理模式,建立健全新的规章制度,抓好技术队伍建设,做好教学保障标准化管理;围绕推进实验室信息化建设需要,就构建综合性、多功能的实验教学体系和实验平台展开讨论,提出通过实验室信息化、智慧化建设,实现教学保障可视化、运行管理精细化、安全管理智能化和实验信息网络化。Focusing on the new mission and task of laboratories in military academies in the new era,this paper probes into the mechanism,mode and information guarantee of laboratory construction and operation management. The present situation and problems of laboratories in military academies are analyzed,the countermeasures of the “Centralization,informatization and standardization” in laboratory construction and operation management are put forward,and the exploration on the function orientation of the experimental center,the guarantee mechanism of talents and teaching quality,etc.,is carried. Based on the innovation of operation system and mode of the laboratory centralization and standardization management,the management mode of the hierarchical and classified management,overall stability,dynamic adjustment and periodic evaluation is established,the new rules and regulations are set up and improved,and a good job is carried out in the construction of technical team and in the standardization management of teaching guarantee. According to the need of promoting the laboratory information construction,this paper also discusses the construction of a comprehensive and multi-functional experimental teaching system and experimental platform and proposes that visualization of teaching guarantee,refinement of operation management,intellectualization of safety management and networking of experimental information can be realized through the construction of laboratory informatization and intellectualization.
