摘　　要：分析了模具CAD/CAE/CAM一体化实验课程具有综合性强、知识密集、智能化等特点,并针对现有模具CAD/CAE/CAM实验课程运行中存在的突出问题,对课程的实验体系、实验内容、实验方法进行了研究,构建了模具CAD/CAE/CAM一体化实验教学体系。该体系加强了模具CAD、CAE、CAM三者之间知识的衔接,优化了实验内容,提高了实验效率,实现了真正意义上的设计性、综合性、创新性,在实际教学应用中取得了良好的效果。This paper analyses the characteristics of the integrated experimental course of the mould CAD/CAE/CAM,such as strong comprehensiveness,intensive knowledge and intellectualization. In view of the outstanding problems existing in the operation of the existing experimental course of mould CAD/CAE/CAM,the experimental system,content and methods of the course are studied,and an integrated experimental teaching system of mould CAD/CAE/CAM is constructed. This system strengthens the connection of knowledge among mould CAD,CAE and CAM,optimizes the experimental content,improves the experiment efficiency,realizes the design,comprehensiveness and innovation in the true sense,and achieves good results in practical teaching application.
