摘  要:针对材料成型及控制工程专业实验教学中的共性问题,山东大学材料成型及控制工程专业建立了模具虚拟装配和模具虚拟制造两个虚拟仿真实验教学系统。学生能够在虚拟实验环境中完成实验预习、实验学习、实验练习、实验考核、实验报告等教学内容,教师能够进行实验教务管理。采用虚拟仿真实验室能够突破时间和空间限制,让学生有更多有效时间参与实验过程。实行"虚拟仿真实验+真实实验"相结合的实验教学模式,能够有效克服真实实验教学中的诸多局限,激发学生自主学习的积极性,教学效果明显。In view of the common problems in the experimental teaching of the material forming and control engineering,two virtual simulation experimental teaching systems of the mould virtual assembly and mould virtual manufacturing are established in the Material Forming and Control Engineering specialty of Shandong University. Students can complete the teaching contents of the experiment preview,experiment learning,experiment exercises,experiment assessment and experiment report in the virtual experiment environment,and teachers can manage experiment teaching affairs. By using the virtual simulation laboratory,the limitation of time and space can be broken through,and students have more effective time to participate in the experimental process. Implementing the experimental teaching mode of “Virtual simulation experiment + real experiment” can effectively overcome many limitations in the real experimental teaching,stimulate students’ initiative to study independently,and the teaching effect is obvious.
