摘  要:针对大雁塔周边地铁3、4线竣工后,将北广场单行组织改为双向交通,对该段部分路段的渠化与是否设置信控等问题进行确定;解决现状组织方案中的问题、应用Synchro、VISSIM进行方案的设计和评价,通过对比得知:允许芙蓉东路存在左转向交通、并于乐游路口设置信号,这一方案可将平均延误控制在35 s上下,停车总数由现状的1 409次减少至1 165次,使路口的服务水平维持在A~C之间;其研究方法和手段可以为该类问题的解决提供经验.After the completion of urban infrastructure projects,there will be a problem of road canalization re-planning;if the planning and design can not adapt to the current traffic situation,it will cause traffic congestion,and even affect the transfer of railway stations.After the completion of the 3 and 4 metro lines around Dayan Pagoda,the North Plaza is changed into two-way traffic,and the channelization of some sections of the section and whether to set up the information control are determined.The Synchro and VISSIM are applied to design and evaluate the scheme to solve the proble-ms in the current organizational scheme,through comparison,it was found that:The left-turn traffic of Furong East Road is allowed and Yule is also allowed.The signaling control scheme can control the average delay in 35 seconds,reduce the total number of parking from 1409 to 1165,and maintain the service level between A and C.Its research methods and means can provide experience for solving such problems.
