摘　　要：在广泛调研文献的基础上,分析了十年来河南省高等职业教育的发展状况、办学经验,发现了河南省当前高等职业教育存在的整体发展水平偏低、办学特色不突出、人才培养质量相对不高等现状和存在的比较突出的问题,如职业学校学生的教育问题、联合办学和资源共享问题和教育缺乏特色等问题,根据我国高等职业教育的发展走向,结合济源职业技术学院提升发展历程,从政策引导、产教融合、服务区域经济社会发展几个角度提出了河南省高等职业教育提升发展的对策。Through extensive research literature,this paper analyzes the development and school-running experienceof higher vocational educationin Henan provinceover the past ten yearsand points out some problems of current higher vocational education in Henan province,such as the low overall development level,less prominent school-running characteristics and the relatively low talent training quality.Specifically,they are the education problem of students in vocational schools,issue of running a school jointly and sharing resource and lacking of education characteristics.According to the development trend of higher vocational education in China,combining with the development history of Jiyuan Vocational and Technical College,this paper puts forward the development countermeasures of higher vocational education in Henan province from aspects of policy guidance,combination of producing and teaching and serving regional economic and social development.
