摘　　要：新生代农民工社区融入是衡量城市化广度和深度的重要指标之一。社区治理创造了国家与社会分权的一种治理新范式,为新生代农民工融入城市社区创设了道德场,有力地改善了当下中国社会的治理结构,促进了公民社会的形成,也为新生代农民工城市融入道德场构建提供了可能的内源性动力。道德场由道德场源、道德场力、道德场实体和道德场特殊因子(人)等构成。社区是城市化的产物,社区融入对农民工的城市融入具有重要的社会意义。根据道德实践逻辑,新生代农民工在社区融入中的道德场遭遇了体制落后、工作漂浮、能力不足和主体缺位等一系列矛盾和问题,对新生代农民工社区融入产生外生性约束。从社会整合视角看,促进新生代农民工道德素质养成应在组织依托、智力支持、群众基础、运行机制、社会氛围层面为社区融入提供源源不断的道德力量。Community integration of the new generation of migrant workers is one of the important indicators to measure the breadth and depth of urbanization. Community governance has created a new governance paradigm of decentralization between the state and society, which creates a moral field for the new generation of migrant workers to integrate into urban communities. It has effectively improved the governance structure of current Chinese society and promote the formation of civil society and also provides possible endogenous motive force for the new generation of migrant workers to integrate into the construction of moral field. Moral field consists of source, force, entity and special factor (person) of moral field. Community is the product of urbanization. Community integration is of great social significance to the urban integration of migrant workers. According to the logic of moral practice, the new generation of migrant workers encounter a series of contradictions and problems in the moral field of community integration, such as backward system, floating work, inadequate ability and absence of subject. From the perspective of social integration, promoting the moral quality of the new generation of migrant workers should provide inexhaustible moral strength for community integration at the level of organizational support, intellectual support, mass basis, operational mechanism and social atmosphere.
