胎儿异常引产孕产妇焦虑及抑郁心理干预的效果研究

摘　　要：目的目的研究心理干预对胎儿异常引产孕产妇焦虑及抑郁的干预效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2017年1～12月四川某三甲医院收治的144因胎儿异常引产孕产妇作为研究对象,采用抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表调查胎儿异常引产孕产妇焦虑及抑郁得分情况,并研究心理干预效果。结果胎儿异常引产孕产妇焦虑得分(44. 67±6. 09)分,抑郁得分为(50. 27±4. 28)分,焦虑发生率24. 30%(35/144),抑郁发生率49. 30%(71/144);干预后观察组焦虑评分下降为(23. 46±4. 03)分,抑郁评分下降为(28. 16±4. 28),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。结论心理干预能有效降低胎儿异常引产孕产妇焦虑及抑郁水平。Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on anxiety and depression in pregnant women with abnormal fetal labor.Methods By convenience sampling method,144 pregnant women with abnormal fetal induction admitted to a 3rdclass hospital of Sichuan province from January to December 2017 were selected as subjects.The scores of anxiety and depression of pregnant women with abnormal fetal induction were investigated by a self-rating depression scale(SDS)and a self-rating anxiety scale(SAS).The intervention effect was analyzed.Results The anxiety score of pregnant women with abnormal fetal induction was 44.67±6.0 9,and depression score was 50.27±4.28.The anxiety rate was 24.30%(35/144)and the depression rate was 49.3 0%(71/144).The anxiety score of the observation group was decreased to 23.46±4.03 after psychological intervention and the depression score was decreased to 28.16±4.2 8(P<0.01)after psychological intervention.Conclusion The incidence of anxiety and depression of pregnant women with abnormal fetal induction is high.Psychological intervention can effectively reduce the level of anxiety and depression of the patients.
