血清C反应蛋白及皮质醇水平与康复期肺癌患者癌因疲乏的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨血清C反应蛋白(CRP)及皮质醇水平与康复期肺癌患者癌因疲乏(CRF)的相关性。方法将我院收治69例康复期肺癌患者进行癌因性疲乏调查,按是否具有癌因疲乏,分为CRF组和非CRF组,对比两组血清CRP和皮质醇水平,分析其与患者癌因性疲乏的相关性,并分析影响康复期肺癌患者发生癌因性疲乏的危险因素。结果 69例康复期肺癌患者中癌因疲乏者39例(56. 52%),CRF组身体疲乏、情感疲乏、认知疲乏和CFS总分均高于非CRF组,血清CRP水平高于非CRF组,血清皮质醇含量低于非CRF组(P <0. 05),两组性别、年龄、化疗治疗方式和是否放疗等差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。血清CRP与CFS各维度得分、CFS总分呈正相关,皮质醇和CFS各维度得分、CFS总分呈负相关(P <0. 05);血清CRP> 10 mg/L和皮质醇<166 nmol/L是影响康复期肺癌患者癌因疲乏的独立危险因素。结论血清CRP及皮质醇水平与康复期肺癌患者癌因疲乏显著相关。Objective To explore the correlation between levels of serum Oreactive protein(CRP)and cortisol and cancer-related fatigue(CRF)in patients with convalescent lung cancer.Methods We surveyed 69 patients with convalescent lung cancer treated in our hospital for cancer-related fatigue investigation.According to whether there was cancer-related fatigue,they were divided into CRF group and non-CRF group.The levels of serum CRP and cortisol were compared between the two groups,and their correlation with cancer-related fatigue was analyzed.The risk factors for cancer-related fatigue in the patients were analyzed.Results Of the 69 patients,39 cases(56.5 2%)had cancer-related fatigue.The body fatigue,emotional fatigue,cognitive fatigue and CFS total score in the CRF group were higher than those in the non-CRF group(P<0.05).The level of serum CRP in CRF group was significantly higher than that in non-CRF group(P<0.05)while serum cortisol level was significantly lower than that in non-CRF group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in gender,age,chemotherapy treatment modes and absence or presence of radiotherapy between the two groups(P>0.05).Serum CRP was positively correlated with all dimensions of CFS and CFS total score(P<0.05),and cortisol was negatively correlated with all dimensions of CFS and CFS total score(P<0.05).Serum CRP>10 m g/L and cortisol<166 nm ol/L were independent risk factors for cancer-related fatigue in the patients.Conclusion Serum levels of CRP and cortisol are significantly associated with cancer-related fatigue in patients with convalescent lung cancer.
