人文关怀品质对规培生知情同意告知行为影响研究

摘　　要：为了探讨规培生人文关怀品质对知情同意告知行为的影响,自行设计规培生人文关怀与知情同意行为调查问卷,对川南地区某市90名即将进入规培的学员进行问卷调查。结果显示,规培生医学人文教育经历是影响人文关怀知识的重要因素(r=0.412),人文关怀品质与知情同意告知行为相关(r=0.504),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。因此,应针对规培生开展人文知识与技能培训,开设知情同意告知人文关怀模拟演练来提高规培生的临床实践人文技能,缓解医患矛盾,和谐医患关系。To explore the informed consent behavior that influenced by humanistic care quality of resident trainees,the authors designed the questionnaire on humanistic care quality and informed consent behavior,90 resident trainees were investigated in a city of southern Sichuan.The results showed that the experience of medical humanities education was an important factor that affected the knowledge of humanistic care(r=0.412).The quality of humanistic care was correlated with informed consent(r=0.504),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Therefore,humanities knowledge and skills training should be carried out,and simulation training of humanistic skills on informed consent can improve resident trainees'competence in clinical practice,and reduce doctor-patient conflicts.
