摘　　要：药物通过血脑屏障(blood-brain barrier,BBB)主要有两种方式:细胞旁途径和跨细胞途径。研究显示,通过物理、生物、化学等方法可以开放BBB,从而促进药物通过BBB本文概要总结了BBB开放方法的研究进展。Transcellular and paracellular are the major pathways involved in the transfer of drugs across the blood-brain barrier (BBB). Numerous studies have shown that physical,biological,and chemical methods can be used to open the BBB,thereby promoting the entry of drugs into the brain. The opening of BBB is related to the treatment of a variety of neurological diseases. This paper summarizes the research progress of the methods of BBB opening .
