奥施康定联合复方苦参注射液治疗胃癌晚期癌痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨奥施康定联合复方苦参注射液治疗胃癌晚期癌痛的临床疗效。方法选择2016年8月—2018年8月间收治的80例胃癌晚期患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为2组,各40例。两组患者均给予相同的基础治疗及护理措施,对照组给予口服奥施康定,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用复方苦参注射液静脉输入。比较两组疼痛缓解程度及生活质量。结果治疗1周后,观察组疼痛缓解率为90%高于对照组的65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥施康定联合复方苦参注射液治疗胃癌晚期癌痛能够明显缓解患者疼痛,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Oshkangding combined with compound Sophora flavescens injection in the treatment of advanced cancer pain of gastric cancer. Methods 80 patients with advanced gastric cancer from August, 2016 to August,2018,were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group. Patients of two groups were given the same basic treatment and nursing measures,the control group were given oral Oshkangding,and the observation group were combined with compound Sophora flavescens injection intravenous infusion on the basis of the control group. The degree of pain relief and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After 1 week of treatment,the pain relief rate in the observation group was 90%, which was higher than that in the control group(65%). The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). And the quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Oshkangding combined with compound Sophora flavescens injection can relieve pain and improve quality of life in patients with advanced gastric cancer.
