摘  要:目的探索制定一套在新医改形势下能较好提升医院各方面工作的绩效考核方案。方法文献检索国家最新医改政策和国内先进绩效考核理论方法,结合医院实际情况,运用"头脑风暴法"、"德尔菲法"等制定绩效考核体系。结果通过绩效引导医院各项工作逐步提升,关键考核指标提升相对明显,各科室专科化率增幅50%。结论采用关键绩效考核指标体系对提升医院各项工作尤其是关键性指标有显著效果。Objective To explore and formulate a set of performance appraisal programs that can better enhance the work of all aspects of hospitals in the new situation of health care reform. Methods The latest national health care reform policy and the advanced domestic performance appraisal theory and method were searched. Combining with the actual situation of the hospital, the performance appraisal system was established by using Brainstorming Method and Delphi Method. Results Through performance-oriented hospital work gradually upgraded,the key assessment indicators were relatively obvious,and the specialization rate of each department increased by 50%. Conclusion The adoption of the key performance appraisal index system has a significant effect on the promotion of hospital work,especially the key indicators.
