摘 要:目的:探讨体育课中不同的身体素质练习时间对大二女生身体素质的影响。方法:选取福建农林大学大二学生共3个女生体育综合教学班为实验对象,分为身体素质练习10min组、15min组和20min组,分别进行14周的干预。结果:(1)实验后三个组别的身体素质都有所提高,尤其是立定跳远项目三个组别对于实验前都呈高度显著性提高;(2)实验后15min组与10min组在50m、800m项目上呈显著性差异,20min组与10min组在50m、800m和坐位体前屈方面呈显著性差异,20min组与15min组无显著性差异;(3)三个班级的期末成绩平均数不具显著性,但15min和20min的平均成绩相对比10min的平均成绩高;(4)课堂技术教学和身体素质练习应有机结合,课堂安排15-20min的身体素质练习更为适宜。Objective: to explore the influence of different physical quality practice time in physical education class on the physical quality of sophomores. Methods: selecting Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University sophomore students, three girls sports comprehensive teaching classes as the experimental objects, divided into physical exercise 10 min, 15 min, and 20 min group, 14 weeks intervention respectively. Results: 1) the physical quality of the three groups was improved after the experiment;especially the three groups of standing long jump were significantly improved before the experiment;2) there was a significant difference between the 15min group and the 10min group at 50m and 800m, and the 20min group and the 10min group showed significant difference between 50m, 800m and the seat body, with no significant difference between the 20min group and the 15min group. 3) the average final score of the three classes was not significant, but the average score of 15min and 20min was higher than the average score of 10min;4) classroom technical teaching and physical quality exercises should be organically combined, and 15-20 minutes of physical training is more suitable for classroom arrangement.
