国企治理结构现存问题及优化建议研究

摘　　要：我国国有企业在体制改革的过程中,依然存在一些问题,比如监事会监管不严、内部人控制问题等,为此需要政府根据出现的问题采取针对性的解决方案。除此之外,较多国有企业实施了股权多元化改革,对公司的功能与职权实施有效的完善,同时对委托代理机制、经理人聘用制等实施了有效的实践,这在较大程度上为企业的发展奠定了良好的基础。There are still some problems in the process of system reform of state-owned enterprises in China,such as the supervision of the board of supervisors is not strict,the problem of the insiders control and so on,which requires the government to adopt the targeted solution according to the problems that appear.In addition,more state-owned enterprises have implemented the reform of equity diversification,effectively perfected the functions and powers of the company,and implemented effective practices on the principal-agent mechanism and the manager employment system.To a large extent,this has laid a good foundation for the development of enterprises.
