摘　　要：目的探索DRGs在医院医疗质量管理中的作用,为医院管理提供实证参考。方法选取北京市某大型三甲医院,将DRGs组数、CMI、时间消耗指数、费用消耗指数4个DRGs相关指标纳入科室绩效考核,对医院近3年的统计数据进行分析描述。结果医院疾病种类、疑难疾病占比增长明显,病案首页正确率明显提升。结论将DRGs纳入医院绩效管理有助于促进医疗质量的提升与学科建设,但应持续关注病案首页质量,对罕见病应根据医院实际情况来调整。Objective To explore the effect of diagnosis-related groups(DRGs)in hospital medical quality management and provide an empirical reference for hospital management.Methods The DRGs,Case Mix Index(CMI),time consumption index and cost consumption index were included into the performance assessment of departments,and the statistical data of the hospital in the past three years were analyzed.Results The diseases category and proportion of difficult diseases in the hospital had increased significantly,the correct rate of the home page of medical records had obviously increased.Conclusion Incorporating DRGs into hospital performance management can promote the improvement of medical quality and discipline construction.but the quality of the home page of medical records should be continuously paid attention to,and the standard of the performance assessment of rare diseases should be adjusted appropriately according to the actual situation of the hospital.
