摘  要:"双师双能"素质和专业成长是转型本科高校教师转型的现实诉求,两者之间存在相互促进的逻辑关系,"双师双能"素质促进教师专业成长阶段的发展,而教师专业成长促进"双师双能"素质的塑造。目前,许多转型本科高校存在将两者关系割裂、对两者概念认识不清,以及对两者互促要素把握不准的问题,不利于促进两者协同效应的发挥。在国家引导普通本科高校向应用型转变的大背景下,转型本科高校要厘清教师"双师双能"素质与专业成长的内在联系,摆脱两者的关系误区,采取有效措施推动教师"双师双能"素质培养以及专业化成长协同发展。Teachers’quality cultivation and professional growth are the realistic demands of teachers’transformation in undergraduate colleges and universities. There is a logical relationship between them.The quality cultivation of“double-teacher and double-competency”promotes the professional development of teachers, which at the same time accelerates the cultivation of“double-teacher and double-competency” quality. At present, many transforming undergraduate colleges have the problems of separating the relationship, vague understanding of concepts and inaccurate grasp of their mutual promotion factors, which is not conducive to promoting the synergy between them..Under the background of transformation to applied universities guided by the national policy,transformational universities are required to clarify the inner relationship betwee“double-teacher and double-competency”quality cultivation?and professional development, get rid of the dilemma between them,and effectively push the innovation of the former and the coordinated development of the latter.
