摘 要:为了对双余度伺服电机协调控制方法进行深入的分析与研究,利用虚拟仪器技术,将上位机与双余度伺服电机控制器结合。在通信数据量大、通信速度快的要求下,为了保证通信的可靠性,提出了一种基于LabVIEW和DSP的串行通信方案。上位机可以向控制器配置相应控制参数并发送多种类型控制指令,不仅能合理有效地实现双余度电机之间的协调控制,还可以实时监测到系统的各种状态,采集电机的转速、母线电压、三相电流、温度和转子位置等参数,从而可得到双余度伺服系统的工作状态和稳/动态性能指标。实验结果表明系统可以稳定、可靠运行。In order to analyze and research the coordination technology of dual-redundancy servo motor,virtual instrument technology was used,combing the upper computer with the dual redundancy servo motor controller.Under the demand of large amount of communication data and fast communication speed,in order to ensure the reliability of communication,a design scheme based on LabVIEW and DSP serial communication was proposed.The host computer can configure the corresponding control parameters to the controller and send various types of control commands.It not only can reasonably and effectively achieve the coordination control between the double-redundancy motor,but also real-time monitor of the various states of the system,collect the motor speed,bus voltage,three-phase current,temperature and rotor position and other parameters,the steady-state or dynamic performance index and working condition of the dual-redundancy servo system were obtained.The experimental results show that the system can be stable and reliable service.
