从教育对外开放政策看云南高等教育国际化未来走向

摘　　要：教育对外开放的涉外性和复杂性,需要相应政策的引导和支持。云南利用面向南亚东南亚开放的区位优势,根据国家战略发展和区域高等教育对外开放需要,制订一系列教育对外开放政策,推动高等教育国际化发展。新时期,云南制订了建设中国面向南亚东南亚区域教育辐射中心和打造面向南亚东南亚开放重要人才培养基地的对外开放政策,明确了今后云南高等教育对外开放的重点方向和任务。The foreign-related and complex nature of education opening-up to outside world requires the guidance and support of corresponding policies. Taking advantage of the geographical advantages of opening-up to South Asia and Southeast Asia, Yunnan has formulated a series of education opening-up policies to promote the internationalization of higher education in accordance with the national strategic development and the need for regional higher education opening-up to the outside world. In the new era, Yunnan has worked out an opening-door policy to build China’s education radiation center for South Asia and Southeast Asia and to create an important talent training base for South Asia and Southeast Asia, and has clarified the key directions and tasks for Yunnan’s higher education opening-up to the outside world.
