摘　　要：目的了解卒中病房护士脑卒中知识、态度、行为的现状及影响因素,为临床护理管理者强化相关培训提供参考。方法采用一般资料问卷和卒中病房护士脑卒中知信行问卷对临床1 303名卒中病房护士进行调查研究。结果卒中病房护士脑卒中病知信行总分为(57.41±5.61)分,处于中等水平;工作年限、学历、职称是卒中病房护士脑卒中知信行的主要影响因素。结论卒中病房护士脑卒中知信行水平仍需提高,建立和完善脑卒中专科护士培训体系和资格认证势在必行,为卒中单元建设奠定基础。Objective To investigate nurses’ knowledge,attitude and behavior of cerebrovascular diseases in stroke ward,and provide references for the strengthening of relevant training for clinical nursing managers.Methods Totally,1 303 nurses in the stroke ward were investigated by the general information questionnaire and stroke knowledge,attitude,and practice questionnaire.Results The total score of knowledge attitude and behavior in nurses was(57.41±5.61),which was at middle level.Years of working,educational background and professional title were the influencing factors of knowledge attitude and practice of nurses in stroke ward.Conclusion Knowledge,attitude,and practice of nurses in stroke ward still need to be improvd.It is necessary to establish and perfect the cerebrovascular disease specialist nurse training system,and have ability certification,so as to lay the foundation for the development of stroke unit.
