探讨提高微生物标本检验准确率的有效措施

摘　　要：目的探讨提高微生物标本检验准确率的有效措施。方法选取2016年1～12月我院检验科收集的3732检测样本作为对照组,从2017年1月开始根据影响微生物样本检验准确率的因素强化实验室管理,并将2017年1～12月检验科收集的4383例样本作为研究组,并比较管理实施前后微生物样本检测准确率。结果研究组中粪便样本、尿液样本、呼吸道样本、全血样本和伤口分泌物样本检测准确率均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论规范检验样本采集过程、及时送检和保存样本,提高检测人员专业水平等管理措施有助于提高微生物检测样本准确率,该管理措施具有有效性和可行性,可为患者进一步诊治提供参考意见。Objective o explore effective measures improving the accuracy of microbiological specimen examination.Methods 3732 test samples collected by the Laboratory of our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the control group,with laboratory management strengthened according to the factors affecting the accuracy of microbial sample testing from January 2017.While 4383 samples during January 2017 to December 2017 collected by the Laboratory were used as study groups.The accuracy of microbial sample testing before and after management was compared. Results The accuracy of the detection of fecal samples,urine samples,respiratory samples and oral secretions in the study group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Management measures such as standardizing the collection process of test samples,timely submission and preservation of samples,and improving the professional level of testing personnel are conducive to improve the accuracy rate of microbial test samples.This management measure is effective and feasible,and can provide reference for further diagnosis and treatment of patients.
