摘 要:【目的】掌握白菜营养品质性状的遗传规律,选育出营养品质更高的品种。【方法】采用5个白菜高代自交系配制完全双列杂交组合,获得F_1和F_2,测定亲本、F_1和F_(2 ) 3个世代的干物质、维生素C、蛋白质、可溶性糖、总酸和粗纤维等6个主要营养品质指标后,利用数量遗传软件QGAStation 2.0开展遗传效应分析。【结果】干物质、维生素C和粗纤维含量以显性效应为主,蛋白质、可溶性糖和总酸含量主要受母体效应控制,各性状的狭义遗传率普遍偏低,蛋白质、干物质、维生素C和粗纤维含量等性状广义遗传率较高,高代自交系P4可用于白菜营养品质性状改良。【结论】对白菜营养品质性状的选择建议在高世代进行。【Objective】The genetic effects of nutritional quality traits in Chinese cabbage(Brassica campestris ssp. chinensis Makino) were studied to guide the breeding of Chinese cabbage varieties with higher nutritional quality.【Method】Five Chinese cabbage high-generation inbred lines were used to make complete diallel cross and gain F1 and F2. The parents, F1 and F2 generations were planted to determine six nutritional quality traits including dry matter, vitamin C, protein, soluble sugar, total acid and crude fiber. Then QGAStation 2.0 software was used to study the genetic effects.【Result】Dominant effects prevailed in the traits of dry matter, vitamin C and crude fiber. Traits including protein, soluble sugar and total acid were mainly controlled by maternal effects. Heritability in the narrow sense of all the traits was low, however,heritability in the broad sense of protein, dry matter, vitamin C and crude fiber was high. High-generation inbred line P4 was recommended to improve the nutritional quality of Chinese cabbage in breeding practice.【Conclusion】Nutritional quality traits of Chinese cabbage were suitable for the selection in advanced generations.
